I just want to change insert problem here! But how much easier is it said, typed, thought!!??
Change can be strongly suggested to us - maybe you've had a health scare that dictated that you might want to make a lifestyle change. Change can be forced upon us - COVID was one of these!! Or Change can be something we choose for ourselves - these are often the hardest because we leave the door open to revert back, to change our mind or to put if off for later… The last of those is the one most of us struggle with - we choose it…but it's bloody hard going!! Often because of one of those 3 reasons I mentioned before - habits take us backwards, we get scared and change our mind, or we leave it for later. This is why it is so important to CHOOSE your change and JUMP in with both feet. Make your choice wisely though - think it through (the good, the bad and the ugly of it) - we call this an Eco-Check! Here are some questions to ask yourself before making a decision to change:
